Hi Ken,
Just wanted to reiterate how nice it is to work with such a professional staff.
Nicole did a wonderful job on this year's calendar (not done yet but almost), and
Rob likewise with the newsletter while Nicole was on vacation. My question to you
is this: How do you manage to recruit dedicated talent the way you do. I KNOW you
have standards in terms of quality of product and quantity that they produce. But
they always seem to be so dedicated yet happy. Are you just a nice boss that makes
them want to do more or are you the work nazi? (LOL)!!! Seriously, it's just an
observation that your crew, as hard as they work (and I know they do), are also
happy. That's a nice work environment to be involved with and again, I cannot underscore
enough how terrific Nicole is (and Rob and Adam). Thank you for always being hands
on and so approachable to our district.
